About Us
Cheri Wilkerson
Cheri Wilkerson, a Los Angeles native, is an educator in childcare development, working with children from six weeks to 13 years old. She founded Level Up Enrichment Foundation in 2018 after creating Liberty Tot Lot in 2015.
Cheri’s passion for working in education started at 13 years old when she worked at the Crenshaw YMCA as a counselor in training with the summer youth employment program. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Sociology degree from California State University Los Angeles in 2000 and her Master of Art, Human Development degree from Pacific Oaks College in 2012.
Over the years, Cheri has gained professional experience through diverse employment opportunities as a USC Site Supervisor, Head Start Institute Center Supervisor, Educator at Pasadena Unified School District, and Director/Owner of Liberty Tot Lot and Level Up Enrichment Foundation.
At Level Up Enrichment, Cheri takes an international approach to childhood development.
Our Curriculum
Level Up Enrichment Foundation creates programs to enhance your child's critical thinking, reading, and writing skills, including strong study habits and test-taking skills. Our innovations provide portfolios for personalized learning plans, and we are committed to improving the learning skills of every student we encounter. We work in a state with a demonstrated commitment to quality and equity in education and a legacy of public engagement.
We also pride ourselves in fostering our students' proficiency in spelling and building their confidence and self-worth. Upon completing our programs, students are self-reliant and more prepared for interviews, public speaking, and social networking. One-on-one tutoring services are also available.
